Thanks. Mine doesn't show that. Let me try another browser. Nope even in IE there is no Chat option.
No response back yet but my credits just went from 9 to 7 so I think they got my email as it's been 9 all day. So I think that means they refunded the extra.
Last edit: I got a response they refunded the extra charge and they sent it to higher tech to see why it happened. I am very impressed. Kindle support isn't even this fast via email! Less than 30 minutes to resolve. This is my first time dealing with Audible support.
