In the past, I bought quite a lot from them.

Many books that I could still buy about half a year ago are now US only. Of my entire wishlist, there's practically nothing left that I can buy there, while every other EPUB store (and Amazon) *will* sell it to me... at an often much higher price.

The last 10 books or so I've tried to buy all let me go through the entire purchasing process, only to end with "The order could not be processed". I've been tempted to just scrap them from my list of stores to check out.
