I suspect its the long file paths - max length on windows is about 250 chars, that one's over 270 - I would
- change Title (Star Wars - blah-de-blah...) to something shorter (eg FRED)
- do conversion,
- change Title (FRED) back to original (Star Wars - blah-de-blah...)
- Added You might want to Polish the AZW3 to get the metadata Title back to taws
