Both the original and the new books are published by HarperCollins, but the layout's totally different. Different introductions, different layout entirely. The fundamental problem with the older ones is simply that I originally bought them as LIT files, and the tools that were available at the time to convert LIT to Mobi did a decent, but by no means a perfect, job. I paid so very little for them originally, though (they were bought in one of FW's amazing sales) that I don't feel at all bad about re-buying them.
