Come they told me, pa rum pum pum pum
A new born King to see, pa rum pum pum pum
Our finest gifts we bring, pa rum pum pum pum
To lay before the King, pa rum pum pum pum,
rum pum pum pum, rum pum pum pum,

So to honour Him, pa rum pum pum pum,
When we come.

... because to me, it's just not Christmas without the Little Drummer Boy...

Good morning, everyone. The sun shines brightly on this last frantic shopping/crafting day before Christmas... Even a Jewish Taoist living in a Buddhist society can enjoy the holiday spirit that infects northern Thailand. I even found peppermint candy canes last night! I've been missing them. I only eat them for a day or two a year, but love 'em when I do! It makes Christmas Christmas along with the Little Drummer Boy. I just wish they would show remakes of the opera 'Ahmal and the Night Visitors,' the opera about the Little Drummer Boy and the three Wise Guys.

Good, reliable East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea in my cup this morning, a visit to the Food Lady in a few minutes, a jam session with friends this afternoon (I wonder if they will object to a 30 minute rendition of the Little Drummer Boy? I DO love this song!) Ho ho ho!
