Some OverDrive audiobooks are plain old MP3 downloads too, just depends on the publisher.


Other places besides Audible that might work for you (not as large of a selection).

http://www.tantor.com/home-consumer.asp (not all titles are downloads, but those that are are MP3 also has MP3 CD's, 50% sale through the end of year.

Not sure about http://www.audiobooks.com someone told me they're DRM free, but I can't find anything saying that on their site. All they mention is their apps.
