I'm reading Home for Christmas by Patrica Potter. She doesn't write too many contemporaries. It's a SIM and it's sooo good so far.
Amazon has pulled the Kindle version because it's ridden with OCRs errors badly but I believe Kobo or BOB is where I got it.
