Another vote for Marvin. For me, the key is the ability to organize my ebooks. I can sync up with Calibre, sync my reading location between devices, have a reading list, assign books to multiple categories (i.e. my WW II books are in both the history category and the WW II category). It pretty much does everything I want it to (except to manually sort books within the reading list, but hey you can't have everything).
Being able to load my books in Calibre, remove the DRM, put it in a category, then sync with Marvin. It's really nice.
