Oh, the weather outside is frightful!
And my joints are not delightful!
And outside is just cold...
I feel old! I feel old! I feel old!

I so regret all those naps I didn't take as a child...

Good morning everyone! Who moved Thailand? It's 14 degrees outside at 9am. I think this is some sort of weather record for the Kingdom! It should be closer to 22°! At least I have good Keemun tea to warm the cockles of my heart. (I wonder why there are shellfish in my heart? If I hear Molly singing about pushing her wheelbarrow, I'm gonna go for surgery!)

Gotta get up and running... busy day... an hour of meditation, an hour or so of guitar practice, then some shopping before a couple of hour of fencing. These days I'm hard pressed to get in two hours of reading!
