Have you extracted the images from the MOBI - you should be able that with the
Kindle Unpack plugin. Put the extracted images into a folder and zip it with whatever.
When you add a ZIP to a library -
that only contains images and nothing but images - calibre will create the CBZ on the spot, by simply changing the extension from ZIP to CBZ. When you view the book (press V) the only format available will be CBZ.
Download the attached ZIP to your desktop, drag'n/drop the zip from desktop into the calibre library list, and you should get what you see in the attached screen shot - it's really that simple.

I just noticed no one had previously suggested using Kindle Unpack to extract the images, I thought one of the other responders had done that - my bad - sorry.
