I have, on occasion seen and heard about
Changing Rooms. Whilst your heart may be in the right place (I'm not sure about your other organs), I fear you may be attempting to take the role of the
Frilly Goth Designer himself, with all the un-intended backfiring designs that results in. If you are determined, I suggest a subtle, careful designer in tune with the Royal Zees tastes.
Alternatively, if this is about adding extra innoculation to help protect the royal brain from image hacking, then go for it (sadly, I will be unable to help in this endeavour).
