I don't have a Zagg for the Reader... but I did get one for my son's iPod Touch and it is great, covers the whole thing.

However, looking at Zagg the Sony Reader one only seems to cover the screen. I thought they had both choices but I guess not. The bestskinsever is just a blank sheet that you cut out yourself. They don't have a pre-fitted one for Sony.

Of course, if I got the PRS-700 I would certainly get the screen cover. For $17 it would be well worth it to protect the screen from stylus/fingernail scratches.
