Now, I do know that we can wipe out the entire shelf/collection, so you can start fresh. It's not an account issue, or even a device issue, it's something to do w/ the database. Few people out of the 18 million customers have this issue, so we're trying to pinpoint how, and where abouts this happens.

If you would like that done, please let me know. We can have it cleared for you, however we're unable to delete only one shelf/collection - it must be the whole thing. I know it's just a nuisance, however doesn't affect readability at all.

I think most people don't use shelves. Most that do will encounter this problem eventually or so it seems. We are so fortunate to have Davidfor, who fixes a lot of the things Kobo can't.
