However, I got a message saying my card was expired. I thought maybe Harlequin is like B&N in that you have to list a credit card, but when I tried that I got another error message "Unfortunately, your online payment could not be processed at this time. Please contact your credit card company to resolve the issue." Bank said there are no holds on my card. So I emailed customer service at Harlequin. Hopefully others will have better luck.

I had the same problem as you.

I couldn't even add it to cart in Chrome, had to switch to IE to even get that far and then I got the same messages you did.
