I have successfully transitioned Calibre DB and plugins to Dell Venue Pro 8. Surprisingly capable W8.1 tablet. However, I would like to use the Windows 8 Kindle app as the default viewer for mobi and azw3 and unable to make the file association in Windows as neither of those extensions show up and the Kindle app doesn't seem to allow adding any extensions manually.

As an FYI I am not liking the W8 Kindle app - no personal docs!

Thanks in advance for any input. Not a deal breaker, just a bit confusing.
