Ok my bad, it wasn't so difficult, I could maybe have found myself by taking more time to think about it.
How I proceeded :
1 - Go in Preferences>Input Options>Comic input and choose Right to Left.
2 - Go in Preferences>Behaviour and put CBZ on top of the format list.
Now, it works fine.
