There are none.
As soon as I select readers without WIFI on any (Dutch) price comparison website, all readers disappear, except for some weird budget branded devices. Most of them have specs comparable to the basic Kindle, except that they don't have Wifi, but do have a MicroSD card slot.
All readers that have a touchscreen and front-light (both of which I deem to be basic requirements nowadays) also have Wifi. It often only serves to accomodate firmware downloads and/or a web browser. Most of the time, there is also extra stuff, from note taking up to and including facebook/twitter and such.
What's worse, a lot of readers have big, obnoxious, obvious branding at the TOP bezel. The KPW and Kobo (nowadays) mercifully have it at the bottom one where it doesn't distract so much.
