Side load a dictionary?

Is there a way to side load a dictionary that can then be used while reading a kepub?

Last night I wanted to test the dictionary feature on my Glo. It said I needed to download one. I attempted to do that. Well, I never put wifi on, and this is why. Last night it attempted to download 86 items to the device. Although there are only 22 books in the account. It froze up mid download, at which time, I paperclip reset and turned wifi off. Some of the books did download (possibly 22!) but not the dictionary. I am not going through that again, wifi will stay off.

So can my initial question be done?

I see Gutenberg has a free webster's dictionary. How can I make that work to access definitions while reading?
