Can I suggest having a close look at the feature sets of the three Sonys before deciding? From what I can see, the T3 is not really a big improvement on the other two - quite probably not enough to justify the much higher price.

If you're now going to consider a new premium reader, I also strongly suggest looking at a frontlit one. Aside from reading in the dark, it also greatly improves readability in a whole range of medium lighting conditions.
