It's very quick to change countries - click on:
My Account
Payment information (it's the second tab)
On the right hand side of the page - click on 'Clear Payment Information'
On the left hand side of the page - open the 'Country' dialogue box and choose
Leave all your own details there and click save - it doesn't matter if not all the boxes are filled in because Kobo will suggest the appropriate info - so just copy and paste postcode or zipcode or whatever into the appropriate place (if necessary) and any other info - then press 'Save'
Up the top you should see a message similar to 'success'.
You can re-enter your payment info on the right hand side of the page now, or later at the checkout box.
