What also really annoys me is when they stuff up like this instead of refunding your money, they credit your Kobo account which forces you to have to buy from them again. I think if they screw up a purchase they should refund your money back to your credit card so you can use that money to buy from a site like Amazon that actually delivers what you buy.

In my experience, previews/samples never have download buttons in my library. When you look at the preview in my library, you need to check below the title/author and see if it lists any download options.
