The first five ebooks are being published by a UK publisher I'm not familiar with called
Head of Zeus. Maybe they're trying Amazon first to see how they do? Or maybe since they seem to be small outfit, they would be receptive to requests to sell them elsewhere. Their twitter feed is @Hoz_Books.
