Strange. I had one of those issues a time ago. Bought a book, didn't appear in the library. It took me a few emails to make it clear to them that it was not possible to download the book. The first three emails or so were canned responses like "Go to your library, find the book, and click...."

At some point I just exploded.

"Your guide fails at step 3! The book is NOT THERE!"

(You know, like McAvity, the Mistery Cat.)

"Compare my purchase history and my library, and you'll see there is one book more in the history compared to the library."

Then I got an email telling me that they "removed some errors from the library", and that I should try again. The book was (and is) there now.
