I'm currently corresponding with Kobo about a book purchase that failed on payment. The book did not appear in my library, but every time I viewed the book details the button read "View in Library" instead of "Buy Now". It was impossible, even with screendumps, to get the help desk to accept this. Finally after trying various browsers and computers the "Buy Now" button appeared, so I tried again. The purchase was accepted, but the book is still not in my library.

Now Kobo says that they do not accept a PO Box address, and I will need to change that and the registration address for my credit card. So discount codes or not, it seems I will not be buying any more books from Kobo.
