I finally won a 75% coupon!
So I applied it to a book, it was accepted, and when I hit "complete purchase" I got an error message saying order could not be completed & check my payment method. I went back to the book's main page, and it said "check your library for this item". Checked my bank account & they took the money. So of course when I did a chat with customer service, they have absolutely no record of my purchase. I sent the guy a screenshot of my bank statement showing the Kobo charge (minus my account number, of course). He said they'll contact me within 48 hours. I don't know which is worse when it comes to promotions & discount codes, Audible or Kobo. Sheesh.
