Device: Kindle Touch, Paperwhite 1 and Nook HD+ rooted
No update from Amazon. NEVER

I have a Paperwhite with 5.3.1, jailbreak, JBPatch (Enhance Dictionary, Modify Reader fonts, Fix layout, Modify margins),KUAL, ALT_Fonts and Collections Manager and I am happy because I never turn on WIFI.
I am sure that any update from Amazon would be better that this configuration.

Now I want to use WIFI to sync with other device (Nook HD+ rooted Jellybean).

What method is more secure, BackDoorLock hack from dsmid or update.bin.tmp.partial from richy1989?

I don't want to reinstall all the stuff again.

Sorry for my english. Thank you in advance
