I help both my mom and my Father in Law with computer issues. Mom has internet, FIL doesn't. Mom's computer is sooo much easier to deal with because of the magical program called Teamviewer. It's a free program that allows me to remotely access her computer. I can show her how to do things, or fix things that need fixing, even transfer files. FIL, who is very hard of hearing, has to have instructions over the phone, step by step, on how to do things. I sooo wish he had internet so I could use Teamviewer with him.
Hubby and I are easy for Christmas. We just don't. I guess this year we are getting tile for the bathroom and shower. One year we got wormy chestnut wood to make our kitchen cabinets. One year we got a gutted/redone guest bath. Romantic, I know!
