HDX 2 was like that for me. it made the screen look cloudy and dirty very hard to read on it wouldn't be till I got HDX 3 that I realize the screen has a green tint to it. The blue on that one was Neon bright blue or look like the Crest toothpaste blue I brush my teeth with.
