Yup. I feel ya. My mom just informed me that she bought herself a 7" tablet for Christmas. I'm leaving on Monday to go spend two weeks with her. I already had been tasked with fixing her laptop which, based on her description of the symptoms, has been infected with malware. Now tablet teaching is on the list, it seems.
