Marvin seems to have a thing against Lavie Tidhar's books. It was unhappy with Osama and today it gives me this enigmatic message:

calibre, version 1.14.0
Send to device: Warnings reported while sending to Marvin.

The following book was rejected by Marvin:
- 'The Violent Century' by Lavie Tidhar

The book was converted from AZW3 by Calibre, which is a process I have performed many times without any issues. Any idea what Marvin (latest version, and latest Calibre plugin) might be upset about?
