I do not own a Glo, but I've read several stories here from people who continually experience software and hardware problems with it. With the PW2 if that happens, you can at least contact or send back to Amazon with no problems at all, at least, that has been my experience so far.

Now, and to be fair, if you side load books like it seems you have, I see no point of buying a Kindle; I think that the main advantage of PW is buying directly from Amazon or their 3G service. On that case, you may be better buying an more "open source" type of ereader instead.
