I thought that URL Rewrite was an option in Apache. Before mailing I checked the config_local.php to find out it is (also) an option in there. After I changed it to 1 it works!

Btw: I have a Synology with a COPS-package, it looks like the default URL Rewrite option for this package is wrong?
