UPDATE

I got an e-mail with what they repaired. I KNOW that the device worked when I sent it in. And they have put that the unit would not power on.

Hence they switched out the board, and not my screen. I sent screenshots, HOW could they not see that?!

EDIT: Now that I think about it, they might have had to reseat the screen. So we'll see.
