So do I, so do I. And now I'm waiting for them to send my *fixed* (broken with a complete and total software failure at point of software upgrade) cybook back to me so's I am left with only the Netronix EB-100 to be repaired. And, of course, it's been since late July and I've *YET* to hear from Netronix about an RMA for that one.
