RANT:
First they email me and ask me to try again using a different email address. I B!tc# at them that I already tried that last night and asked what is different between then and now. Then I saw your message and tried again using my actual account email. The first one say payment declined, so since this was further than I got before I tried a different card. Got same message, figured i typed number in wrong as i often do with that card and tried again. Same message. Then just before i try another card (only because second card has upcoming expiration date), I log in to check the other two card. They show a pending transaction for each of the three attempts.

So I call to B some more and ask them to look and see how many orders i actually show - NONE. Tier 1 support tells me I have to email Tier 2 support back and tell them about the charges. Just as I click send the one card with 2 pending charges updates and they are both gone. The other card is still showing charges so I email them again. Still waiting, but am not happy. Their site is a Mess, now I am a mess - Someone PLEASE tell me the reader is not a reflection of the site and CS!!! Please
