Two moderators in this thread give conflicting info. Would it be possible to get the specific offense? HarryT said the fixed image was compliant and it seemed that to me as well.
There is more talk of moderation than PW screen issues in this thread, it would be great to have specific guidance. I understand that rules are meant to protect the topic.
