I'm another who had to contact Audible support to get my $10.00 credit. I got the same explanation as others: my audiobooks weren't $14.95 or over (when I knew they were). I told her that I thought it was very misleading that the promo page told me that I qualified if I actually didn't. She then added the credit to my account manually. I'm happy that I eventually got the promo but I shouldn't have had to contact support for that.
I agree with AnemicOak that it likely has something to do with Whispersync for Voice. Two of the titles I purchased were W4V.
