It works great on my Kindle Fire HD2 that was the first thing I put it on. I'm not sure if the developer realizes the Fires are just like any other tablet. It should work fine on yours I bet it will work on the original Fire too.
This is for non Kindle books by the way. I am using it with epub which opens in either Moon+ or Mantano.
Just read his comment which was a very long time ago. If you are going to use it with Kindle books read this
post first. After reading what he says if you going to use CC for epub it will work on any Kindle Fire so no worries there.
