That's the link that lynx-lynx gave, but we discovered that for both of us all the categories say that they're unavailable in our regions.

I don't see "Recommended Reading" (or even "Recommended") anywhere on the Kobo Store. The only mentions of "free" are "Try any magazine free for 14 days" and the heading for their free ereading apps.
