I have a prepaid AMEX but it wont let me load using my Bank Card because my billing address is a PO Box.  I have to go get a moneypak or Vanilla reload and I just keep forgetting to do it. |
That's strange. My PO Box has been listed as my primary address for the last 15 years and I've never had that problem. The bank asked about it when I made the PO Box my primary address (I was moving but didn't know where at the time) and it's my primary address with PayPal too.
