I use to have one but they have to send it to your regular Credit Card billing address and my bank card is a PO Box address so they wouldn't send me a new card.
I have a prepaid AMEX but it wont let me load using my Bank Card because my billing address is a PO Box.
I have to go get a moneypak or Vanilla reload and I just keep forgetting to do it.
