Sorry, but no. The current state of the released firmware is:

- Mini: 2.6.2
- Touch: 3.0.1
- Glo, Aura and Aura HD: 3.1.0 but this is being rolled out slowly, so most people will still have 2.10.0.

Manually installing 2.10.0 on a Mini should work. But, I can't think of what people have said about it. I know there are issues with 3.0.1 and the size of the covers on the home screen.

As to the patcher, there are patches for 2.10.0, but I don't know how it works on a Mini (I don't use the patcher and I don't have a Mini). You would need to search through the patcher thread to see what is available.
