Yes, you are right, firmware is 2.10. In Settings/Device information/Serial number it says N204B so I am probably wrongly assuming that is the model.
I downloaded 3.0.0 update, unzipped, copied it put it in .kobo directory, disconnected but nothing is happening. I powered if off and on, still no reaction
