Kindle like smart lookup functionality

Hi there!

My M92 broke and I am considering if it is worth repairing since it might be costly. I reviewed a number of different e-readers that showed up on the market recently but I still need to make a choice....

In the new Kindle Paperwhite 2 (maybe old ones as well) there is this super cool feature called "Smart Lookup". One can touch the word and the dictionary or wikipedia will show instantly with relevant information. Most importantly this works with pdfs!

Can someone tell me if such functionality is available in other ereaders?

The dictionary lookup in M92 was slow and very often not precise enough. Moreover there was no wikipedia integration which is important to me. Is there some extra software I could install on M92 to have this seamless wikipedia integration?

I know that KPW2 has small screen and is not best for pdfs but this "smart lookup" feature would speed up my learning from academic papers a lot! Moreover I heard that KPW2 has problems with processing large pdfs ("low memory problem"), it looks like a software problem ,do you think that it will be fixed in the future by Amazon?

Many Thanks
