Hello! I am typing this on my new laptop
OMG! Best Buy was a mad house! I think we stood in line to be checked out for over an hour. It was hot and crowded and they were pretty disorganized and I had to go through two geek squad members as I was moving through the line. The first one was selling Mobile hotspot and $100 off any laptop/tablet if you buy one. The second one tried to sell me Microsoft office for $99
There eyes bugged out when I told him and the guy who wrote up the paper I would keep my office 2003 thank you very much.
Once we got to the checkout the swipe machine was stuck on the pin screen so they had to void and start over then we had to go the pickup area and they didn't have my model on the floor so they had to go the back to get one.
I've never been through such a horrible buying experience! Best Buy has ruined itself by making shopping overly complicated.
Anyways I got my laptop and I love it. What I do not love is this slower than molasses internet connection I am on. I can't wait to get back home.
