And I should say that I have no personal experience with Bookeen support, and am relying upon the experiences shared here about unanswered emails and being charged for repairs that really didn't seem caused by misuse.
We have had a recent success story shared here on a warranty replacement by Bookeen...so my opinion is always subject to change.
