IIRC, for the eBooks I gifted the UK ones to myself from a second account. I'd guess the audiobook (it's not from Audible) would be similar. It was quite a while though so I'm not sure if there were any special details. Pretty sure it was discussed in this thread...

FWIW both the Jim Dale and Stephen Fry versions are excellent IMO.
