A YA voice won't be a problem for me; sophomoric behavior really only bugs me in books written for adults about adults - unless you have a 12 year old acting like a 5 year old.
I enjoyed books/series like
The Mysterious Benedict Society &
NERDS: National Espionage, Rescue, and Defense Society (which reminds me, I should read the other ones).
Things that would bother me, besides really poor writing) would be a combination of the following:
Whininess
Complete cluelessness (A.K.A - TSTL - Too stupid to live)
Chronic indecisiveness
"Mean girl" syndrome with no consequences
Forced interactions
Cliche'd/Predictable outcomes (to the point of being boring)
I might even be able to get through the book/series if it only displayed one of these traits, depending on severity of course.
