Another tip
Be prepared to have an order declined because your credit card company detects unusual activity. It happened to me this morning when I placed two back-to-back orders for iPad minis. My CC blocked the second one. I had to call to get the block removed.
The only downside to this is the possibility of a lost deal. Not likely if the item is still in your cart, but a possibility nevertheless. YMMV
