There is a slider in the lower right corner of Sigil that does this too. I find 100% too small for me. I often have it set at 130% for my screen.

As was said, this does NOT control how it will be displayed in a reader, just in Sigil. Also, you may notice that the text will appear bold as you increase in size. This is not a defect in your e-book, just a reflection of how the underlying display software works when you increase the size shown on your display.
